DECLARATION FOR CONSENT

In connection with my participation in an experiential learning system “Metasim AI Platform” conducted by METASIM LIMITED with company number 13032303 and registered address: the Carriage House, Mill Street, Maidstone, Kent, United Kingdom, ME15 6YE (Metasim),

I HEREBY DECLARE THAT:

• I provide my personal data voluntarily, being aware that this is a necessary condition for my participation in the experiential learning system “Metasim AI Platform” that uses conversational simulation with AI characters.

• I am aware of the purposes of processing my personal data, namely:

  • conduct of a conversational simulation with AI characters that can be used to train people on soft skills like negotiating, feedback, and coaching;

  • generating full transcription of my dialogue with the AI character, after the conversational simulation;

  • provision of analysis and recommendations based on the conversational simulation;

  • usage of the transcription of my dialogue with the AI character by Metasim for system training.

• I agree that the provided information may be combined with feedback from other participants in similar conversational simulations.

• I confirm that I participate in the conversational simulation voluntarily. I am aware that I may terminate the conversational simulation at any moment or withhold information if I so wish.

• I understand that all data from the conversational simulation may be used for system trainings conducted by Metasim.

• I understand that some or all of the information provided may be hypothetical.

• I understand that in the conversational simulation the dialogue will be held by an AI character.

• I provide Metasim consent to:

  • process the following personal data of mine and job title: name, e-mail address, any other specific information included in the conversational simulation, my recorded voice, statements and conduct;

  • provide the anonymised data collected during and in relation to the conversational simulation, and for it to be processed by Metasim for system trainings;

  • contact me after the conversational simulation.

• I am informed that I have the following rights in relation to the data provided:

  • right to free and continuous access to my personal data;

  • right to request rectification;

  • the right to request deletion of the data when the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected (including after the established period of storage and processing);

  • right to request restriction of processing when the same is unlawful;

  • right to receive notification in case of correction or deletion of personal data or restriction of processing;

  • right to the portability of the data I have provided and which relate to me in a structured, popular, machine-readable format to another controller, when technically feasible;

  • right to withdraw consent at any time without such withdrawal affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given up to the time of its withdrawal;

  • right to object to the processing of my personal data on the basis of legitimate interest;

  • right to appeal to the supervisory authority - the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (https://ico.org.uk/).

• I am informed and agree that if I do not withdraw my consent, the data provided by me will be processed by Metasim until there is a necessity for its use or according to the requirements of the applicable law.

• I am informed that in case of questions regarding the processing of my personal data or in the event that I wish to file a report or complaint, I can do so in writing to the person responsible for the protection of personal data at the following email: privacy@Metasim.io
